Booking and Payment
The person who signs the booking form is responsible for all payments in respect of the booking. Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of £150/$225 per week. This amount should be sent within 5 days of the initial telephone booking or your option will be automatically released. The balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of rental. Should payment not arrive by this time, We reserve the right to cancel the booking and you may be liable to pay cancellation charges as set out on the cancellation chart. Full payment, including rental charges, security deposit and any supplementary facilities, is required for bookings made within 8 weeks of rental commencement.
A credit card imprint will be required for the security deposit. The security deposit may be retained to cover excess cleaning costs, replacement or repairs to the property for damages made during your stay.
It may also be used should the key to the property not be left in the key safe at the property or with our management company.
Our management company ensures that the property is well cared for in our absence. They are also on hand should you require any assistance during your stay at the house. Their name and telephone number will be sent to you prior to your holiday and should you experience any problems.
It is our first priority to make your vacation an enjoyable one.
Cancellations or Changes by Ourselves
Whenever possible, any change should be advised to us without delay. Should circumstances beyond our control require the booking to be canceled by us, we will where possible, offer you an alternative property. Should this prove to be unacceptable, write to us straight away. Once your instructions have been received in writing, a full refund of all moneys paid for the rental will be made.
Passports and Visas
British citizens traveling on the visa waiver scheme and staying for less than 90 days, should hold a full British passport which is valid for at least 90 days following their entry to the U.S.
All other nationalities should contact the U.S. Embassy for further information. For yours and their own safety, children must at all times be supervised by parents when using pool facilities. Please note that under no circumstances will any animals be allowed into the home.
Neither I, nor my management company, can be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with your stay in the rental home caused by matters outside of any reasonable control, including acts of God (e.g. storms, hurricane etc.), war, civil disturbances, strikes or other industrial action, acts of government, or any event beyond our control. Guests must ensure adequate insurance for any such incidence.
Entertainment and Games Equipment
We have provided entertainment facilities free of charge for the enjoyment of our guest. We expect all guest to observe safety at all times and take care not to damage any equipment supplied. Guest should ensure suitability of games and equipment for their children. Guest should not attempt to move any games equipment. The large games equipment such as the pool table have been professionally installed and Leveled \ set-up for accurate gaming.. Do not attempt to park car into the garage. Damages to the games equipment due to accidents and misuse will incur charges from the security payment.
Guest agree with the terms and condition when confirming the booking for the Villa by filling the booking form or making any payments.
Cancellations or Changes by Yourselves
A CANCELLATION BY YOUR PARTY MUST BE MADE IN WRITING BY THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THE BOOKING FORM. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED / FORFEITED
Within 14 days of arrival date 100 % – Of total payment
15 – 28 DAYS 75%- Of total payment or Deposit (which ever is greater)
29 – 42 DAYS 50%- Of total payment or Deposit (which ever is greater)
43 – 56 DAYS 25%- Of total payment or Deposit (which ever is greater)
57 and over- Deposit
